Pause & Build Week One Recap: Reinessence Core Values ❤️

Dear customers,

Today concludes the first week of our Pause & Build month at Reinessence Beauty and we wanted to share with you what we’ve been working on so far and what progress we’ve made.

During the past couple days, our focus has been on recharging and relaxing Reinessence style ;) In preparation of our introspective reflection week (to start December 7, 2020), we spent a significant portion of our time attending webinars, courses as well as listening to podcasts on entrepreneurship and brand-building. We strongly believe in the importance of continuous learning and never miss a chance to learn something new that has the potential of aiding our efforts at building a promising brand. 

A recurring theme in our learning this past week was the significance of having a solid foundation when starting a business. This means for instance, understanding exactly the 5 Ws (Who, What, When, When, and Where) of one’s brand, studying the market and creating a preliminary SWOT analysis of the business. Moreover, we realized the importance of having the company’s core values well established prior to jumping the fence. It is in this spirit that we decided to write down and share with you all FOUR core values we believe our brand should hold dear at ALL times: 

Customer satisfaction: At Reinessence Beauty we aim to provide excellent and speedy service to all customers at all times. This means quickly acknowledging the customer’s query, investigating the situation, providing answers and most importantly following up with the customer to ensure that they are 100% happy with the service they’ve received or the answer we have provided. 
Quality Beauty Products: We are committed to offering a meticulously- selected collection of good quality products that are safe for use and help our customers save time in the glam room. This means that ALL products have been tested for a minimum of 6 weeks, and have been cleared by the owner of the brand prior to being introduced to customers. 
Continuous improvement: Our ultimate goal is to create a safe space for our customers to voice their opinions regarding their Reinessence experience. From product formulation to shipping, we value customer feedback as we recognize that they are the lifeblood of our business and thus their input is of great importance to us. We vow to take into consideration the above-mentioned in order to continuously improve the quality of our products and services. 
Personal & Collective accountability: we are individually (team member) and collectively (team) accountable for delivering on our promises and commitments. Every member of the Reinessence Beauty team including the founder and CEO ought to uphold and abide by the company’s code of conduct as well as mirror these core values in their everyday interactions with customers and colleagues alike. 

Please note that this list of values will evolve as our business grows and therefore is expected to change overtime but rest assured that you will be made aware of these changes in one way or another ;)
